Fossil Rim Wildlife Park

We went to Fossil Rim over the 4th of July holiday. It was the first time we have ever been to Glenrose, Texas. Not a bad drive from Dallas, only 1.25 hours. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with kids looking for something new to do.

You drive through a 9.5 mile park and feed animals with food that you purchase at the entrance. We fed almost every animal from our hand besides the deer who seemed to scared.

We had a zebra that would not get his head out of car so he walked along with us for a bit and an ostrich that pecked Jeff's finger. Crazy birdies.
